Requirements for active participation:
Participants must be current PhD students (not graduates) at a medical faculty.
Participants must present their own project results in the clinical or experimental research section through a lecture or a poster commentary followed by a discussion. For abstract details see bellow.
Applications without a recommendation from the home institution will not be accepted.
For active participants:
The Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové will cover all expenses related to accommodation, meals, registration, conference materials and participation in social events. This includes invited experts, who will also be reimbursed for their travel expenses if they attend the conference in person.
We can arrange transportation to/from the airport and offer optional social activities for a contribution from the participants.

To complete your registration and be included in the conference proceedings, please submit a short abstract using the template provided.
According to the provisions of § 84 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended all participants, including invited experts, are required to complete the relevant GDPR form. Please send the completed and signed form to our email address conference@lfhk.cuni.cz

Authors will be notified by October 18, 2024 about the acceptance of the abstract and the format of the presentation (oral or poster).
Oral presentations should not exceed 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Poster presentations should be no longer than 5 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes for discussion.
The PowerPoint presentation must be submitted to the organizers at least one hour before the start of the section meeting.
